The purpose of the group presentations is to shed light between us. To introduce ourselves and give co-workers an idea of our individual and group task, our responsibilities, goals and objectives and current challenges.
For all team members to know each other a little better and to understand everyone’s roles in their respective teams. To understand what each team is about and how it compliments every team in the organization.
On hindsight, this exercise will also develop each individual’s confidence, particularly with regards to properly and clearly communicating and conveying messages to our colleagues.
