A job well done to our on the job trainee, Paula Liban, a Bachelor of Science in Information (BSIT) student from from (DOSCST) Davao Oriental State College of Science and Technology for successfully completing OSOmniMedia’s student internship program.
Paula underwent training with our IT Product specialist team with the guidance of her mentor, Gian Carlo Andrada, and learned how to work on the Amazon platform and was assigned to important team tasks that include image editing and search engine optimization.
Paula’s learning:
During my OJT, I was able to learn more about Adobe photoshop, Excel and also E-commerce. I gained more knowledge and I also enhanced my skill set as well.
1. Overall – how was the experience?
My experience was so amazing and at the same time full of knowledge, I’ve learned so many things. I’m so blessed to be part of this company. They taught me how to be punctual, how to be responsible, and how to be respectful towards others and also with regards to my task & assignments.
2. What was the most difficult part about the program at Osomnimedia?
So far, I didn’t encounter any difficulties with this company’s OJT program.
3. What did you enjoy most about your experience?
I enjoyed it every time I do my work or am given tasks by my trainer.
4. How was the staff, were they easy on you, or too demanding? Why?
The staff was very approachable even though we’re only OJT but they treated us in a right way, they treated us like a normal co-worker.
5. What are your plans going forward?
I plan to finish my studies first before anything else.
6. What advice would you give other students who choose to OJT at Osomnimedia:
My advice for them is, if they choose Osomnimedia they will never regret choosing this company. Because it has high standards and has good work quality. It is worth it to be part of this company.
