1. Overall – how was the experience?:
It was great and is full of excitement. Although I got sleepy and tired sometimes, I guess it’s natural because all of us felt that way.
In general, I enjoyed working at osomnimedia. Employees were so friendly and easy to approach. They encourage us to work in the field were we do better.
2. What was the most difficult part about the program at Osomnimedia?:
The difficult part maybe having some pressure regarding the work you’ve already done especially when dealing data in excel. It pressures me a lot because I don’t know if it’s right or wrong but it puts me at ease when I approach my trainer. Every time I’m confused I asked ate Daylin – my trainer, for assistance and guidance.
3. What did you enjoy most about your experience?:
It’s when some of the employees and my trainer appreciates my works and encourages me to do better for future benefits.
4. How was the staff, were they easy on you, or too demanding? Why?:
They were friendly, understanding and easy to approach. They always smiles back even at glance, talks and even make jokes on us.
5. What are your plans going forward?:
I plan on taking the advises from my trainers and get a job that suites my abilities or whatever the future opportunities may present, I would like to continue working at osomnimedia.
6.What advice would you give other students who choose to OJT at Osomnimedia:
My advice would be simple, just be yourself, don’t think too much and to always listen to your trainer.
