Congratulations to Lean Raphael Alfafara from Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU)
Raphael (or Lean for short) is now a certified alumni of our Internship Program for students after completing 216 hours of hands on training.
Lean’s learning:
I explored JavaScript by making a Description Beautifier tool. After that, I made an MFI tool with my co-intern, Sam Aclan. The MFI tool combined the aspects of HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP. It was like making a school project. However, we implement the required features and to fix the bugs that popped out. Overall, the MFI project significantly increased my programming skills and logical thinking. It paved the way for me to learn jQuery, AJAX, and a whole bunch built-in JS functions.
Thanks to the tutelage of his mentor Aniebert Ballo, one of the experienced Designers of our team, in charge of the layout and design for our local and international clients, Lean’s internship was a resounding success!

What was the most difficult part about the program at Osomnimedia?:
Getting used to sitting in front of the computer for eight hours a day.
What did you enjoy most about your experience?:
Creating the MFI tool.
How was the staff, were they easy on you, or too demanding? Why?:
The staff was easy on me. This was because they were accommodating and kind. Also, they gave me enough time to complete my tasks.
What are your plans going forward?:
I will continue learning JavaScript.
What advice would you give other students who choose to OJT at Osomnimedia:
Learn a lot from the experience.
