OJT Graduate Elmar Susulan From The STI (Systems Technology Institute College) Zamboanga
Elmar Susulan (or Mar for short) is now a certified alumni of our Internship Program for students after completing 250 hours of hands on training.
Mar trained under the mentorship of Aniebert Ballo, one of the experienced Graphic Designers of our team, in charge of the lay out and design of lookbooks/catalogs, banners & newsletters.
During his internship, Mar learned several SEO (search engine optimization) and image editing techniques, mostly working with the MS excel and Photoshop application.
We wish Mar all the best in his future endeavours!

1. Overall – how was the experience?:
It was fun and one of the best learning experiences for me, especially since this is my first time working in an IT company. Osomnimedia is an ethical company with a strict/disciplined working environment.
2. What was the most difficult part about the program at Osomnimedia?:
It was not that difficult, it was fun actually.
3. What did you enjoy most about your experience?:
I enjoyed working on the amazon platform, optimizing product titles and images for the Billabong surf brand. I will value all the teachings of my trainer, Aniebert Ballo. All the learnings and experience will be part of the preparation when I work in the future.
4. How was the staff, were they easy on you, or too demanding? Why?:
The staff are very approachable and helpful. They are also fun to be with, happy working with them even though we only had limited time to bond.
5. What are your plans going forward?:
After my graduation I would be working and hopefully I could bring what I learned here.
6. What advice would you give other students who choose to OJT at Osomnimedia:
This is the company that they will experience and explore the world of IT. The learning that they get here is really a big help for the intern students and a training ground to prepare them in corporate life setting.
