A job well done to our trainee, Ms. Mae Angel Lagare, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) student from (ASSCAT) Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology/Bunawan for successfully completing OSOmniMedia’s student internship program.
Shurel is now a certified alumni of our OJT Program for students after completing 520 hours of hands-on training. With the guidance of her mentor, Aniebert Ballo, she learned how to work on the Amazon platform, and was assigned to crucial tasks that include image editing and search engine optimization.
It’s inevitable to make mistakes, but those mistakes did not stop me to keep on learning, desiring to gain knowledge during my On the job training.
1. Overall – how was the experience?
It was great and fun to have an experience as an intern for Team Osomnimedia
2. What was the most difficult part about the program at Osomnimedia?
At the beginning, it was not easy to cope up with the assigned work in which it was new and unfamiliar to me. However, it was a good thing that my trainer for guiding me throughout my internship. A big thumbs up to that.
3. What did you enjoy most about your experience?
I’ve learned new things specifically on managing listings, spreadsheet work and photoshopping images that are far from my expectations.
4. How was the staff, were they easy on you, or too demanding? Why?
The staff were nice and very approachable.
5. What are your plans going forward?
Honestly, I will use the knowledge I’ve gained from my training for my future.
6. What advice would you give other students who choose to OJT at Osomnimedia:
Don’t rush, understand you’re tasks & always listen to your trainer.
